Amazon PPC · Sponsored Products · Sponsored Brands · Sponsored Display

Amazon PPC run by people who ship inventory every day.

We service 12 brands and 120+ SKUs across live Amazon catalogs — bids, search terms, and TACoS are our daily work, not a slide deck. Before you pay us anything, we'll audit one of your ASINs and put it in writing.

Where the money goes

Most Amazon ad accounts bleed in the same five places.

If you're spending on Amazon ads and your ACoS keeps drifting up, it's rarely one big mistake. It's five small leaks, compounding every day.

Leak 1

Search terms nobody negates

Broad and auto campaigns quietly buying clicks on terms that have never converted — for months.

Leak 2

Bidding on keywords you already rank for

Paying full price for traffic your organic rank would have caught anyway, with no defense logic behind it.

Leak 3

One campaign doing five jobs

Research, ranking, defense, and profit terms mixed in one campaign — so no bid can be right for any of them.

Leak 4

Placement bids set once, never revisited

Top-of-search multipliers left at launch settings while conversion rates shifted underneath them.

Leak 5

Ads pushed onto a listing that can't convert

PPC gets blamed when the real problem is price, reviews, or main image. More spend just buys the same "no" faster.

The fix

Find them before you spend more

Every one of these is visible in your own data. That's exactly what the free audit looks for.

The free audit

Send one ASIN. Get a real, written audit — before you pay a dollar.

Not a sales call disguised as an audit. We go through your ASIN and, if you share them, your search term and campaign reports — and send back a written summary plus a short screen-share walking you through it. If we're not a fit, you keep everything.

Search-term waste: clicks and spend on terms with zero orders
Negative keyword gaps across auto and broad campaigns
Keyword overlap — campaigns competing against each other
Organic rank vs. paid spend on the same terms
Campaign structure: research / ranking / profit / defense separation
Placement performance and top-of-search multipliers
Budget pacing — campaigns capping out before the day ends
ACoS vs. TACoS trend: is paid replacing organic, or feeding it?
Listing conversion blockers ads can't fix (price, reviews, images)
Brand-term defense: is anyone buying your branded traffic?
Match-type spread and bid logic per intent
The first three changes we'd make, in order — in writing

Fair warning: sometimes the honest answer is "your PPC is fine — your problem is the listing" or "don't hire anyone yet." You'll get that answer too.

We reply within one business day — a real person. Your details and reports are never sold or shared.

Why us

We're on the seller side of Seller Central.

Most PPC agencies manage dashboards. Our team services 12 brands and 120+ SKUs day in, day out — and operates an FBA prep center in New York. We feel fee changes, review dips, and Buy Box swings the same week you do.

  • Every account decision is made against real margin — landed cost, FBA fees, referral fees — not ACoS in a vacuum.
  • We check whether the listing can convert before scaling spend. Ads on a weak listing just burn faster.
  • Search term reports get worked weekly. Negatives, bid moves, and budget shifts are logged so you can see what changed and why.
  • You own the ad account, the data, and every report. Always. We work inside your account, never our own.

What we deliberately don't do

No long contracts. Month to month. If the numbers don't justify us, fire us — you keep the account and the structure.

No black box. No "proprietary AI" excuse for hiding what we did. Every change is visible in your own account history.

No spend-more-by-default. Our first job is usually cutting waste, not raising budgets. Growth comes after the leaks are closed.

How it works

Audit first. Fix second. Manage third.

You never commit to management before seeing how we think about your account.

Questions sellers actually ask

The fine print, up front.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

You do. Everything runs inside your Seller Central and your ad console. If we part ways, every campaign, report, and piece of structure stays with you.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

It's free because it's also our sales pitch — the audit shows you exactly how we work. If you like it, some sellers hire us to implement it. If not, you keep the findings and owe nothing.

Do you need my login?

No. For the audit, downloaded reports (search term report, campaign report) are enough. For ongoing management we use standard user permissions you grant and can revoke — never your main login.

What if my problem isn't PPC?

We'll say so. If the listing, price, or reviews are the real blocker, spending more on ads is the wrong move — and the audit will tell you that instead of pitching management.

Do you guarantee an ACoS number?

No, and be careful with anyone who does — they don't control your price, competitors, or reviews. What we commit to: documented changes, visible reasoning, and honest numbers every month.

Minimum spend or contract length?

No long contracts — month to month. The audit is most useful if you've spent at least a month or two on ads, so there's data to read.
